QCAD Snapshot 3.31.2.4 for Linux ARM64

QCAD Professional and QCAD/CAM development snapshots releases (3.31.2.4) are now available with Qt 6 based packages for Linux on ARM64. This is a snapshot release. Snapshot releases are not intended for production use.
